Color-Coated Steel

Color-coated steel is manufactured using hot-dip galvanized, hot-dip aluminum-zinc, electro-galvanized, or cold-rolled sheets as the base substrate. After surface pretreatment (chemical degreasing and conversion treatment), one or more layers of organic coatings are applied and then baked to cure, producing a high-performance finished product for construction and industrial use.

Warehousing & Processing

To meet the diverse needs of our end-user customers, the company has equipped four advanced imported machines: one PNC1700 large flying-shear type and one FNC850mm small flying-shear type steel plate leveling and cutting machine, as well as one DC1650 and one DC0530BJ automatic steel coil slitting machine. Our annual processing capacity reaches 150,000 tonnes, with a warehousing capacity of approximately 25,000 tonnes.

Our processing services primarily focus on shearing and surface treatment for pickled, temper-rolled, cold-rolled, galvanized, and color-coated steel products.
